SHIPPING POLICY

At Energynseng (a brand of MITUM LLC), we are committed to delivering premium products to customers worldwide with reliable international shipping.
1. ORDER ELIGIBILITY & MINIMUM VALUE
To maintain our service standards, Energynseng reserves the right to apply a minimum order value for shipping eligibility. The current minimum requirement, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
2. SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Orders over €100 (or $100 USD) qualify for free shipping. Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply.
3. SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are fulfilled from our logistics center in Istanbul, Turkey, and shipped internationally via PTT (Turkish Postal Service). Once your package leaves Turkey, it is handled by the national postal service of your destination country for final delivery.
Estimated delivery times from date of shipment: 7 to 12 business days, depending on your destination.
IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY BY COUNTRY AND ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. Delivery times stated above are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance procedures, local postal service schedules, public holidays, and other factors that neither Energynseng nor the carrier can influence. We cannot intervene in customs or postal processing in any country.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using the Track Order page on our website.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are determined and charged by the customs authority of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Energynseng has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Energynseng is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
6. DISCREET PACKAGING
We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside label. The sender will appear as the fulfillment center or "MITUM LLC" to ensure confidentiality.
7. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at support@energynseng.com for a replacement or refund.
