RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Energynseng is a premium brand operated by MITUM LLC. Our return policy is strict but fair, designed to comply with EU Consumer Rights regulations while upholding the highest safety standards for food supplements.

1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & HYGIENE EXCEPTION
Due to the nature of our products (Food Supplements and Edible Goods), strict health and safety regulations apply.
Acceptable Returns: Items must be UNOPENED, unused, and the safety seal must be strictly intact. The product must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Pursuant to consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. If the safety seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us at support@energynseng.com. Please include your Order Number and reason for the return. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer's Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. In this case, we will provide a solution (replacement or refund) and cover the necessary shipping costs.

5. RETURN ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the box. We operate with specific logistics partners. To ensure your return is processed correctly, you must contact our support team to receive the Authorized Return Address closest to your location or designated for your specific product type.

Packages sent to unverified addresses may be lost or rejected.

6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved (item is sealed and intact), you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@energynseng.com.

7. OUT-OF-COURT RESOLUTION
